Shipping policy

If you product  fails to arrive within four weeks, please contact us at support@judithhillastrology.com. We maintain tracking for your package and can ascertain if there was delivery failure.  If after  4 weeks, (or 6 weeks in December-January), your package has not arrived, we will work with our printer and shipper to send a replacement package free of charges to you. 

Charts must first be printed, then packaged, then shipped. Arrival times vary between 1-6 weeks, depending on region, weather, national events, and date of order,  length of print cue etc. Normal expected time is 2 weeks, though 6 weeks is not abnormal in rare cases, such as during Christmas season winter storms. If you have not received your ordered product in three weeks from order date, please contact us. Add one more week at Christmas season.

If you product arrives damaged, please send us detailed pictures of the arrival package, plus of the damaged chart itself,  plus a brief written description of the damage. This will be forwarded to our printer-shipper for attempted free product.
