We offer no refunds or product replacements, with the singular exceptions of demonstrable shipping damage, and/or demonstrably botched print jobs. If you have a concern, please contact us at email@example.com.
Describe the issue exactly, and send photographs of a possibly shipment damaged chart, accompanied by clear photo of package damage; and/or clear photos of an egregious print quality issue. Please note that minor print quality "dings" are normal and expected, and will not be replaced. Egregious print error photos will be forwarded to our printer for repayment approval. Note: Astrology Wall Charts (AWC), is not the printer-shipper. The printer-shipper (not AWC) will study your photos, and decide if the indicated print error is egregious enough to require a printing and shipping refund (to AWC). Once received (by AWC), we can then refund you. This process requires one-four weeks turnaround processing time, depending on season, and available staff.

Refunds or exchanges are not possible due to time needed for product shipment and arrival. These charts are individually printed and shipped through our printer-shipper. Shipment time varies per type of shipping, location, item ordered, and season. Orders can take anywhere between 1 and 3 weeks to arrive within the USA, possibly longer for international destinations. Please give time. No refunds are provided for reasons of taste (dislike color, size). Please carefully select your items before purchasing.
